Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Xentoryn Network ("Xentoryn", "we", "us"): the Telegram Mini App available through the Telegram bot @XentorynAppBot and the related bot. By opening or using Xentoryn you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Xentoryn.

Xentoryn is operated by Mert, an individual. It is not a registered company. See Section 27.

2. Eligibility

You may use Xentoryn only if you are allowed to use Telegram under Telegram's own terms and only where using Xentoryn is lawful for you. Xentoryn does not set its own minimum age. If the law that applies to you requires a parent's or guardian's consent to use online services or to make purchases, you must have that consent. Buying a Premium Pass requires that you are legally able to make the purchase.

3. Telegram Mini App usage

Xentoryn runs inside Telegram. Your use of Telegram itself is governed by Telegram's terms and privacy policy. Xentoryn is an independent project and is not operated, affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Some features depend on Telegram being available and working normally.

4. Account and Telegram identity

Your Xentoryn account is created automatically from your Telegram account the first time you open the app. We identify you using the signed data Telegram provides to Mini Apps; there is no separate password. You may use only one account. You are responsible for activity on your Telegram account and for keeping it secure.

5. XTNR points, XP and Level

Xentoryn shows an in-app balance labelled "XTNR" (in these Terms: "XTNR points"). You earn XTNR points through mining sessions, missions and referrals, and you can spend them inside the app, for example on Boosts.

XP is a separate progress score earned from missions and qualified referrals. Your Level is calculated from your XP on our servers and unlocks certain features. XP is never reduced to correct your Level, and it cannot be bought or transferred.

XTNR points, XP and Levels exist only inside Xentoryn. Please read Section 26.

6. Mining sessions (Genesis)

"Mining" in Xentoryn is a points mechanic. It does not use your device's processing power and does not mine any cryptocurrency. You can start one Genesis session per day. It runs automatically until 00:00 UTC and cannot be stopped manually. All earnings are calculated on our servers using server time, never on your device. Current rates, caps and bonuses are shown in the app and may change.

7. Missions

Missions give XTNR points and/or XP when their conditions are met and verified by our servers. Missions marked "Coming soon" are not available yet. We may add, change or remove missions.

8. Boosts

Boosts are bought with XTNR points. They temporarily increase certain earnings and last at most until the end of that day's Genesis session. Some Boosts require a minimum Level, and some can be enhanced by watching a rewarded ad. Boosts never multiply XP. Boosts cannot be refunded or converted back into XTNR points.

9. Premium Pass

A Premium Pass is a time-limited digital product that gives in-app bonuses. The bonuses of each pass are shown in the app before you buy. Depending on the pass, they are a mining bonus, a bonus on XTNR points from missions, and, for Xentoryn Sovereign, one extra hour of base earnings per day.

• Bonuses apply only while your Genesis session is active. Pass time keeps running whether or not a session is active.
• If you hold more than one pass, their bonuses combine, but they remain subject to the caps described in the app.
• You can hold only one active pass of the same kind at a time.
• A Premium Pass gives no right to tokens, profits, ownership or anything outside the app. It is not an investment.

10. TON payments

Premium Passes are paid on the TON blockchain in its native coin (shown in the app as "GRAM") through TON Connect. Before paying you must verify your TON wallet in the app by signature. We never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.

• Payments are accepted only from your verified wallet, for the exact amount shown, to the Xentoryn treasury address shown, with the payment reference that the app adds automatically. Do not edit the reference.
• An order expires 30 minutes after it is created. You can cancel an unpaid order in the app.
• A pass is granted only after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain and cross-checked by two independent blockchain data providers. There is no "I have paid" button, and no pass is granted without an on-chain payment.
• Payments that are underpaid, overpaid, late, invalid, duplicated, sent from another wallet, sent to another address, missing the correct reference, or that cannot be verified are not granted automatically. They are held for manual review.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for network fees and for sending the correct payment.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases.

11. Premium duration

A pass lasts exactly 30, 60 or 90 days (in 24-hour periods) from the moment it is granted, measured in server time (UTC). It expires automatically. You cannot renew a pass while the same pass is still active; you can buy it again after it ends.

12. Refunds and cancellation

• Successfully completed Premium purchases are generally non-refundable once the Premium entitlement has been granted.
• This does not limit or override any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer right that may apply to you under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms asks you to give up such rights.
• If you paid successfully but Xentoryn failed to deliver the Premium entitlement because of a failure on our side, contact us and the case will be reviewed for correction or refund.
• Underpaid, overpaid, late, invalid, duplicate, wrong-wallet or verification-failed payments are not automatically refundable. They may require manual review, and we will look at each case individually.
• Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, we cannot promise automatic refunds for blockchain transactions.

To raise a payment issue, email xentorynnetwork@gmail.com with your order reference (shown in the app) and the transaction hash.

13. Rewarded advertisements

Some features let you watch an ad from our ad partner Monetag, for example to progress a daily mission or to enhance a Boost. A reward is given only after Monetag confirms a valid view to our server. Daily limits and minimum intervals apply. Watching ads does not directly pay XTNR points. Ad content is provided by the ad network, not by us.

14. Referral system

You can invite others with your personal referral link or code. A referral counts only after the invited user meets the qualification conditions shown in the app. Referral rewards are shown in the app and may change. Self-referral is not allowed, and a referrer can be set only once.

15. Community and Clans

Some community and clan features unlock at certain Levels. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, fraudulent or spam content, or anyone's personal data. Users can report content. Our staff may remove content and restrict features. Clan leaders can manage their clan's members as the app allows.

16. Leaderboards

Leaderboards show your display name and score to other users. Rankings may be corrected if we find errors or abuse.

17. Prohibited use

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, emulators or other automation;
• exploit bugs, or tamper with the app, its requests or our servers;
• fake, block or manipulate ads to obtain rewards;
• sell, buy, rent or share accounts;
• impersonate other people or Xentoryn staff;
• attack, overload or reverse engineer the service;
• use Xentoryn for anything unlawful.

18. Fraud, multiple accounts and referral abuse

One account per person. Creating or controlling multiple accounts, fake or incentivised referrals, or any scheme to farm rewards is prohibited. We may cancel XTNR points, XP, referrals, Boosts and other benefits obtained this way.

19. Suspension and bans

We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these Terms or harms the service or other users. A banned account cannot use any feature of the app. If you believe a ban is a mistake, contact us at xentorynnetwork@gmail.com.

20. Intellectual property

The Xentoryn name, logo, design and software belong to the operator of Xentoryn Network (Mert). You keep ownership of the content you post, and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and remove it as part of the service.

21. Third-party services

Xentoryn relies on third-party services, including Telegram, TON wallets and TON Connect, blockchain data providers (TON Center and TONAPI), Monetag and our hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for what data they receive.

22. Service availability

Xentoryn is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages or third-party failures may affect sessions, rewards or payments. We may correct balances that are wrong because of an error.

23. Changes to the service

We may add, change, pause or remove features, rates, rewards, missions, Boosts and Premium products. Features marked "Coming soon" are not promised. Changes to Premium products do not shorten a pass you have already been granted.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above and announce material changes in the app. If you keep using Xentoryn after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you.

25. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xentoryn is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third-party services, blockchain networks or your wallet. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
